Introduction Welcome to ProChek1 Inspection Services. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our inspection services and our website/app. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Services Offered ProChek1 provides remote inspection services for plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, homes, commercial buildings, mold detection, water quality, termites, safety compliance, equipment, HVAC systems, and property valuations. Service availability may vary by location and device compatibility (Android or Apple devices are required).
Service Fee The minimum service fee for an inspection is $49.00. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and type of inspection requested. Fees are payable at the time-of-service request submission and are non-refundable once the inspection is scheduled.
Scheduling Inspections can be scheduled via our online form. Customers must provide accurate scheduling information and ensure availability during the selected time slot. Rescheduling may be available under certain circumstances, as outlined on our platform.
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or for no-shows.
User Obligations Users must ensure that the information provided during the service request process is accurate and complete. Users must also ensure that they have the necessary technology (compatible Android or Apple device) and that it is in working condition for the remote inspection.
Intellectual Property All content included on our platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of ProChek1 or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties Our services are provided “as is.” ProChek1 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability ProChek1 or its suppliers will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if ProChek1 or a ProChek1 authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProChek1, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
